Notes: This is not actually a game! It's a very complex flight simulator in a large format box, that clearly had a lot of time and effort put into it (one of these days I'll learn how to take off!). There is a 30-page manual with very involved controls of the simulated light aircraft. The full manual is scanned and available as PDF's below. I've seen three different types of box for this - one, as shown, has a stiff card box with hinged top part, another has a very similar card box with completely separate top lid and the third is a plastic box which has the front and rear paper parts behind a transparent plastic sheet. None of them have anything on the spine.
